Toprise's SDGs Initiatives

As a construction consultancy, Toprise contributes to sustainable urban development through infrastructure projects and disaster recovery. By pioneering the use of ICT and advancing technical innovation, we enhance project quality while addressing the challenges of a shrinking workforce. Beyond technology, we are committed to fostering a supportive workplace through initiatives such as promoting male childcare leave and empowering women, ensuring a diverse and inclusive environment for all.
These initiatives align with the core SDG principle of 'Leaving No One Behind.' While each effort may seem small on its own, their cumulative impact creates a significant force for a more sustainable and better world. As a company dedicated to building social infrastructure, we believe fulfilling this responsibility is our fundamental duty.
Specifically, we have established 8 strategic targets across three core domains: Environmental, Social, and Economic initiatives. We are actively driving progress in each of these areas to achieve our long-term sustainability goals.
In addition, our company is one of the construction companies in Niigata Prefecture that is working to promote SDGs.
We are registered as a "Niigata Prefecture SDGs Promotion Construction Company."
