Message from the President
We continue to strive for "zero error" by making full use of 3D measurement and data collection technology.
Since our establishment in 1998, Toprise has undertaken numerous projects as a premier construction consultancy. We are guided by our corporate motto, 'Providing technology to all enterprises, rooted in creativity and ingenuity,' which serves as the foundation for our commitment to excellence.
Driven by a quest for enhanced quality and efficiency, we recognized the potential of 3D measurement early on. In 2006, we became pioneers by introducing 3D laser scanners—an advanced challenge that predated the Japanese Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism’s (MLIT) 'i-Construction' initiative. Today, our patented measurement technologies and proprietary data processing know-how deliver the high-precision point cloud data that our clients trust. This reputation has allowed us to handle complex projects not only in the Hokuriku and Niigata regions but also across the Tokyo metropolitan area, Tohoku, and Kansai. As innovation accelerates in the 21st century, we strive to be a company that continuously drives further technological breakthroughs in the construction industry.
We will continue to provide high-precision 3D data using 3D laser scanners and autonomous drones, and will continue to support the i-construction required for public works projects and the total management of 3D → 4D → 5D using BIM/CIM, and strive to improve our consulting capabilities so that we can further respond to ECI methods.
