We participated in the "Job Guidance 2022" for high school students

"We recently participated in 'Job Guidance 2022,' a joint company briefing session for high school students held at the Niigata City Akiha Ward General Gymnasium.

At our booth, a female student asked, 'Can I apply even if I have no prior experience?' To answer her, we shared the success story of one of our female employees who joined us as a complete beginner. She is now playing a key role in point cloud data processing. We enjoyed explaining our work and showing that with the right support, anyone can excel in this field.
