We have concluded a "disaster agreement" with Shibata City

On Thursday, April 10, 2025, our company signed a "Disaster Agreement" with Shibata City, Niigata Prefecture.

Under this agreement, Toprise will respond to requests from Shibata City during heavy rain or other natural disasters by deploying drones equipped with various specialized cameras. By utilizing advanced video streaming technology, we will provide high-precision, real-time footage to the Disaster Response Headquarters. This initiative aims to provide quick and accurate information to support rescue operations and facilitate smooth recovery and restoration efforts.

In mountainous areas or regions affected by flooding, there are many locations that are too hazardous for manual entry on foot. By deploying our drones in these challenging environments, we can safely capture high-quality video footage of the site. Leveraging our specialized technology in this way allows us to make a significant contribution to the safety and efficiency of regional restoration efforts.

This agreement with Shibata City marks the seventh disaster response partnership we have concluded within Niigata Prefecture, following similar established agreements with Joetsu City, Murakami City, Sekikawa Village, Kamo City, Minamiuonuma City, and Agano City.

Our track record includes emergency deployments for major disasters, such as the Noto Peninsula Earthquake on New Year’s Day last year and the record-breaking heavy rain in Murakami City three years ago. By leveraging the advanced technologies unique to a construction consultant, we remain dedicated to serving the community through disaster response and recovery support, providing precise data and analysis when it is needed most.
