[Training Report] Day 1 of training for new and young employees was held

On Wednesday, May XNUMX, XNUMX, we held the XNUMXst Training Session (Day XNUMX) for new and junior employees at the Toprise Co., LTD. Headquarters. This session marks the beginning of our comprehensive development program for the next generation of our team.

The session was led by Mr. Tetsuji Suzuki from Glocal Marketing Co., Ltd. Under the themes of "Fundamental Professional Mindset" and "Cultivating Teamwork Awareness," the training was conducted in a hybrid format, combining in-person and online participation.
