Disaster Agreement concluded with Aga Town

On Thursday, August 28, 2025, our company signed a "Disaster Agreement" with Aga Town, Niigata Prefecture.

Under this agreement, Toprise will deploy drones in Aga Town during disasters such as heavy rainfall to collect aerial footage and image data of affected sites. By processing this data through our video streaming technology—built upon our professional surveying expertise— we provide the Disaster Response Headquarters with a comprehensive, quick, and accurate overview of the damage. This initiative is designed to support rescue operations and facilitate smooth restoration and recovery efforts.

This is the eighth disaster agreement to be concluded in Niigata Prefecture.

We operate state-of-the-art drones equipped with the latest thermal imaging cameras capable of temperature sensing. These allow us to fly and film in hazardous terrains, such as landslide sites or mountainous areas where human entry is impossible. Even at night, our thermal sensors can detect the body heat of those in need of rescue, enabling efficient search operations. We are dedicated to assisting in disaster response and restoration efforts—contributions made possible only through our specialized technology.
