We held our Summer TopRise Group Training Session and Summer Social Gathering for the 8 fiscal year.

On Saturday, July 18, 2026, Toprise Group held its FY2026 Summer Training Seminar featuring guest speaker Mr. Takashi Nakajima, followed by the FY2026 Summer Social Gathering at the Niigata Grand Hotel. Employees from both within and outside the prefecture gathered together for a meaningful day dedicated to shared learning and strengthening team camaraderie..

During the seminar, Mr. Nakajima delivered an inspiring lecture on raising professional awareness. The session served as a valuable opportunity for participating employees, broadening their perspectives and providing fresh motivation for their future endeavors.

At the summer reception that followed, attendees enjoyed a trivia contest hosted by the duo "Yutorizu," returning after their popular emceeing role at last year's year-end party.Special guest musical duo "Hinata" energized the stage with a lively performance, filling the entire venue with excitement and enthusiasm.

Providing a welcome respite from the summer heat, the event allowed everyone to share an enjoyable time together while further strengthening the unity of the group.
Fueled by this newfound energy, we look forward to approaching our daily operations with fresh enthusiasm and renewed commitment.
