Work Content

【Sales】
"Supporting social infrastructure such as railways and highways"
You will be responsible for sales proposals for surveying, civil engineering design, etc. to government agencies and civil engineering construction companies.

[Surveying/3D measurement]
You will be responsible for all aspects of the work, including surveying and design.

  • Public surveys of cities, rivers, coasts, erosion control, roads, agriculture and forestry, etc.
  • Construction surveys of control points, levels, routes, topography, stakes, etc.
  • 3D measurements using 3D scanners and drones
  • 3D modeling, design data creation
  • Creation of various data, meetings, and planning

[Civil engineering construction management]
You will be responsible for construction management at civil engineering construction sites requested by general contractors.

  • Instructions and communication to the site
  • Planning and creating construction plans, creating and revising drawings
  • Ordering materials
  • Checking work safety
  • Civil engineering design work (CAD operation)
  • Photos, quality and safety management
Salary According to company regulations (details will be discussed)
Salary increase Once a year
Bonus Twice a year (amount depends on performance)
Working hours 8:30～18:00
Days off and leave Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and other holidays according to our company's holiday calendar (121 days off per year)
