Top Rise is a one-stop general construction consultant that provides comprehensive services including surveying, measurement, design, construction management, and i-Construction support. The 23 years since our founding have been a series of challenges. Each of our engineers has made the most of their knowledge, skills, and qualifications, and with 3D measurement as our starting point, we have been one step ahead of the times and expanded our scope of expertise.
As for 3D measurement, in addition to new construction, there is currently growing demand for the inspection and maintenance of concrete structures, plants, and railways. In order to provide highly specialized consulting in a wide range of fields and areas, we have already begun preparations for the next step. Joint research with Carnegie Mellon University in the United States and preparations to establish a local subsidiary in Vietnam are among the steps we are taking.
Now we need people who can support us in these challenges. Of course, knowledge and experience in civil engineering, architecture, IT, etc. can be put to good use in the job, but what's even more important is to constantly ask yourself, "Is this good enough?" and move forward, even if only one or two steps. Pursue added value by adding various perspectives and technologies, saying, "Not just this." Times and technology are constantly evolving. Let's use our ingenuity and innovation to take on the challenge of improving the quality of infrastructure development for the region and for the development of the construction industry.
