A job that allows you to use your favorite subjects from your school days while also getting some exercise

I chose surveying because it combines my love for mathematics with my desire for an active, outdoor lifestyle. After studying the basics at a specialized school and earning my Assistant Surveyor license as a student, I realized how welcoming this profession is. It is a highly accessible field even for those starting without professional experience. If you enjoy numbers and being on the move, you’ll find a rewarding career here

Currently, I am conducting surveying work at the request of construction companies and government agencies. I still do traditional surveying, but recently, I have been doing more work that involves handling 3D data. I use the latest equipment, such as laser scanners and drones, and I am working to improve efficiency so that I can obtain a lot of information in a short amount of time.

The generous support for obtaining qualifications also leads to job satisfaction

As a construction consultant, I support construction companies, and it's always moving to see the roads, bridges, tunnels, and other projects I've worked on completed and being used by people. There are times when it can be difficult, but it's those moments when I think it was worth all the hard work.

Our company provides particularly generous support for obtaining qualifications. Qualified personnel are required to undertake the work, and we provide various training courses for employees with the goal of obtaining qualifications. Individual effort is of course necessary, but being able to use the qualifications you have acquired to carry out your work can also be very rewarding.

I want to grow as a construction consultant

I am currently studying to obtain a first-class civil engineering construction management engineer license. I obtained my first-class civil engineering construction management assistant license last year, so I will aim to pass the exam based on my practical experience as a construction consultant and with the advice of my seniors, and improve my technical skills as a consultant who understands construction.

Many of our employees join our company with no experience in the construction industry. Some employees have never even used CAD before, but as they work, they receive support from their professional seniors, allowing them to grow and contribute. If you are interested, don't be afraid of your inexperience, but take on the challenge with a positive attitude. We look forward to working with you.
