Work Content

As a construction DX support company, we are actively working on utilizing AI and other technologies and digital twins.
Students from any faculty or department are welcome, including those in the humanities and information sciences.


[Civil engineering/surveying engineer]
Civil engineering structure design, cost estimation, construction planning, national and local governments, road companies,
Structural design for railway companies, etc., long-life design and the associated cost estimation and construction planning work,
From 3D surveying related to construction technology to BIM/CIM modeling,
All surveying work, including 3D surveying using drones and the latest surveying equipment
We operate using cutting edge technology.
We aim to acquire advanced skills and become trusted civil engineers.


[Measurement assistant/CAD operator position]
Measurement assistance → Preparation for measurement at the measurement site, assisting engineers,
CAD operator → Analysis of measurement data, mastery of CAD software


[Sales/Sales Administration]
This job involves acting as a bridge between customers and technical staff, including visiting existing customers (mostly corporations), taking orders, managing safety during on-site work, and checking delivered items.
We do not impose quotas on individuals. We work as a team, accompanied by engineers as necessary.

Salary [Working at Niigata Head Office and Sendai Sales Office]
Graduate school graduates: Approximately 235,000 yen

University graduate: Approximately 220,000 yen
Junior college graduate: Approximately 200,000 yen
Vocational school graduates: Approximately 195,000 yen
(including fixed overtime pay)

[Yokohama Sales Office]
Graduate school graduates: Approximately 240,000 yen
University graduate: Approximately 230,000 yen
Junior college graduate: Approximately 223,000 yen
Vocational school graduates: Approximately 220,000 yen
(including fixed overtime pay)


Fixed overtime pay: Paid as overtime pay for 19 to 26 hours regardless of whether overtime work is performed, and additional pay for any overtime work in excess of these hours.
Salary increase Once a year
Bonus Twice a year (amount depends on performance)
Working hours 8:30~18:00
Days off and leave ・Two days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, etc.)
*Depending on the company calendar. Saturday work may occur about twice a year.
・ Annual holiday: 121 days
・Annual paid vacation (10 days granted six months after joining the company)
